Mario del Cubo is a multilingual, classically trained actor based in New York City. His web series, Filthy Rich, which he co-wrote and starred in, was picked up by two distributors and published to Amazon Prime. His play, The Second Coming, was staged in 2019 at Mabou Mines in New York City. Mario recently returned from a seven-month performing contract aboard Mein Schiff 1. He has also voiced several exciting projects (including HelloFresh, Peacock, and Royal Enfield) and serves as the official advertising voice for the Swiss perfume brand Sherazade.
He earned his BFA from New York University, where he studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. There, he learned from a host of inspiring teachers, such as Ron Burrus (on-camera technique), James Tripp (classical), and Elizabeth Parrish (musical theatre).
Mario grew up in a Swiss-Spanish household in the Alps, where he got to explore the stage at a young age. At sixteen, he traveled to the United States for the first time and decided to study in New York soon after. Building his career internationally, he regularly travels between Zurich, Madrid, New York and London.
